Scope and audience

This notice applies to MystHub on Google Play for Android, published by Wuhan Liangdazhi E-commerce Co., Ltd.. Google Play Android MystHub is a social communication app for adults 18+ only. Tagline: Conversations That Feel Real. Discover profiles, exchange messages, and join live chats in one streamlined hub. MystHub connects adults through lightweight social discovery, private messaging, and real-time conversation features. Users explore interests, start chats quickly, and manage profile media with intuitive Android controls designed for everyday interaction. Users may register and sign in; use is conditioned on acceptance of in-app Privacy Notice and User Terms. The app may offer optional in-app purchases via Google Play Billing where enabled. Eligibility is declared once at onboarding without continuous technical age verification.

Access is limited to users who confirm they are 18 years of age or older at onboarding; we do not run a separate recurring age-verification product.

Information we process

We may process the following categories of personal data:

Account identifiers and profile information such as nickname, avatar, bio or interest labels, and authentication session data — Purpose: Provide registration, sign-in, profile display, discovery, session integrity, fraud prevention, and account security — Attribute Required when you create or use an account.
  2. Instant messages, conversation history, and related messaging metadata between users — Purpose: Deliver private messaging, synchronize conversations, support notifications, and enforce community policies — Attribute Collected when you send or receive messages inside the app.
  3. Live video and audio session content processed when you use real-time chat or video conversation features — Purpose: Enable live text or video conversations, connection quality management, and safety workflows — Attribute Required when you initiate or join live conversation sessions.
  4. Photos and videos captured with the camera or selected from your library for profile or shared media — Purpose: Display profile visuals, support media sharing in chats, and assist moderation where applicable — Attribute Optional; collected only when you capture, upload, or choose profile or chat media.
  5. Usage events and diagnostics, including Device ID where applicable — Purpose: Measure performance, troubleshoot issues, improve product quality, and protect against abuse — Attribute Required.
  6. In-app purchase and entitlement signals processed in connection with Google Play Billing — Purpose: Deliver digital goods or features, validate entitlements with Google Play, and keep purchase state consistent — Attribute Collected when you make or restore purchases as applicable.
  7. Safety reports, block records, and related context you submit — Purpose: Investigate abuse reports, enforce policies, and protect users — Attribute Optional; only when you use report or block safety flows.

Processing supports account services, messaging, live conversations, moderation, analytics, and optional billing. Legal bases include contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, and consent for optional features.

Permissions on Android

The app may request these permissions when you trigger related features:

Camera access supports profile photos and live video sessions and is used not in the background. Microphone access supports live voice or video conversations and is used not in the background. Photos and gallery access support profile or chat media you choose to attach and are used not in the background. Revoke permissions via Settings › Apps › MystHub › Permissions; revoked permissions may disable corresponding features including live chat.

Disclosures to service providers

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

Retention

Retention follows operational necessity, legal requirements, and your deletion requests, generally answered within 15 business days when verification succeeds.

Privacy rights

Depending on your region, you may exercise rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing of personal data or personal information.

Wuhan Liangdazhi E-commerce Co., Ltd. may transfer data internationally with safeguards proportionate to risk.
